Two people died when the car they were traveling in slammed into the back of a semi-trail truck that was parked on the shoulder of U.S. 287 near Virginia Dale in Larimer County Sunday morning.
The Colorado State Patrol said the two killed were riding in a sedan. No information was available about the condition of the truck driver.
The crash occurred near the junction of U.S. 287 and Larimer County Road 43F, a few miles south of the Wyoming border.
The names of those killed have not been released.
