1 Suspicious neighbors reported. On Dec. 7, a man called Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies after he saw three men in camouflage with night-vision goggles looking at his property in the 11400 block of West Progress Place in the Littleton area. The man said he had previously turned in a neighbor for selling drugs and, the night before, heard voices from outside in a vehicle and heard men shouting at him. Deputies ordered extra patrols.
2 Disturbance at lounge. Deputies were called on Dec. 10 to the Columbine Lounge, 7660 S. Pierce St., Columbine (Littleton), after the bartender said a man had come in to watch a game and was buying shots for himself and some women. The man later pushed another patron and then, when asked to leave, threatened the staff. After leaving, he was locked out but kept making threats and trying to get back in.
3 Man suspects car shot with pellet gun. On Dec. 12, a man called deputies after he believed his car was shot with a pellet gun near the intersection of C-470 and West Bowles Avenue in the Littleton area. The man said he heard small objects hitting his vehicle after a car he’d passed earlier began following him.
4 Ex keeps taking man’s car. A man called deputies on Dec. 13 after his ex-girlfriend came to his home in the 6400 block of South Dudley Way in the Littleton area and took his car without his permission. The man said the woman repeatedly comes to the house and takes the car without permission. He said he didn’t want her to come by the house anymore, but was not concerned about getting the car back.
