COLORADO SPRINGS — A man being pulled on a sled through a parking lot in Colorado Springs was seriously injured Monday night when the car pulling him crashed into a parked vehicle.

Police were called to the parking lot of the Family Dollar Store at 1736 S. Circle Drive shortly after 5 p.m., and the injured man was taken to Memorial Hospital.

Two adults in the car, Cassandra Caton, 27, and Michael Miner, 43, were arrested in connection to the accident. Miner, who was driving the car, was arrested on suspicion of vehicular assault and attempt to influence a public official.
