Through Thursday. All that money you spent during the holidays? You won’t need it to take yourself (or the family) to a host of top-notch area museums throughout January. The tax-funded Scientific and Cultural Facilities District offers a number of no-cost entries starting this weekend, including at Four Mile Historic Park (Jan. 2), the Denver Art Museum (Jan. 3), Boulder History Museum (Jan. 4), Denver Museum of Nature & Science (Jan. 5), Chatfield Denver Botanic Gardens (Jan. 6), Children’s Museum of Denver (Jan. 6, from 4-8 p.m.), the Aurora History Museum (Jan. 8), Museum of Outdoor Arts (Jan. 10) the Denver Zoo (Jan. 11-12) and more.
