Colorado State Patrol is investigating a two-car accident Friday that shut down Colorado 93 in Arvada in both directions.
The accident occurred near West 82nd Avenue.
The highway reopened after clean up at about 8:40 p.m., CSP said.
A department spokesman said both drivers, a man and a woman, were transported to St. Anthony’s Hospital with injures, the extent of which were unknown.
7News said the drivers were a 76-year-old man and a 59-year-old woman.
