Golden-based wireless tower builder has acquired Cascadia PM of Olympia, Wash., in a deal that will add 50 employees to Centerline’s workforce.

Centerline designs, builds and maintains cellphone networks and towers for customers such as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile.

With the acquisition of Cascadia PM, Centerline now employs about 300 in seven offices nationwide. The firm has 168 workers at its Golden headquarters.

The deal for Cascadia expands Centerline’s operations into Washington, Oregon, Hawaii and Alaska.

“Cascadia PM is known throughout the industry as a leading provider of program management for wireless projects that involve everything from site acquisition to engineering to construction project management,” Centerline CEO Ben Little said.

The acquisition is the second in six months for Centerline. In September, the company purchased K bar M Consulting, a wireless infrastructure construction firm based in Idaho.

Centerline was created in 2011 from the merger of Colorado wireless technology firms ATECS and MC Squared Holdings.
