A memorial service will be held Monday for Jefferson County sheriff’s Sgt. Sean Renfro, who was at the scene of a multicar accident near Conifer.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Faith Bible Chapel, 6250 Wright St. in Arvada, according to the sheriff’s office.
A public viewing will be from 4-7 p.m. Saturday at Horan and McConaty, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd.

Renfro, a 15-year veteran of the sheriff’s office, was killed Saturday when on U.S. 285 near Doubleheader Ranch Road. Weather conditions contributed to several vehicle crashes in the area.
