One person is dead after a small plane crashed in Adams County.
The crash happened about 1:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon northeast of Denver International Airport in Lochbuie near the Horth Airstrip, said Ian Gregor, FAA public affairs manager.
It is unclear why the plane crashed, Gregor said.
