Racines, billed as the place where power brokers eat breakfast, lived up to its reputation this morning as Denver Mayor Michael Hancock and others .
Hancock had breakfast with new state Rep. Alec Garnett, D-Denver, in one part of the restaurant. Across the way, University of Colorado Regent Michael Carrigan, who is announcing today , ate with former Denver city attorney Dan Muse. Across from them sat Doug Friednash, who was just named . Friednash took his daughter out for breakfast.
In addition, spotted were lobbyists, former Adams County commissioner Marty Flaum and former Denver officials.
