Interview with Todd Ingram, owner/manager
Q: How did you get involved in this business?
A: I have been doing this from the age of 15. I worked at dealerships and big corporate shops managing and training managers until I felt it was time to open my own shop and treat people how I would want to be treated.
Q: What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?
A: Ingram Car Care Center offers a family feeling with no-pressure sales because we want you to come back and see us.
Q: What do you like best about your line of work?
A: It’s what I do best — working with people and their automobiles from old to new, even your motorcycle or four- wheeler. We just like to fix things.
Q: What is your business’ biggest challenge?
A: Space and parking since we are located in Olde Town Arvada. Our space is limited, but the good news is we are planning on opening a second shop in the near future.
Q: Something people might be surprised to learn about you or your business:
A: We love dogs and have a white Chihuahua that comes to work almost every day. It is a big- time people and kid lover just like us.
