Two juveniles were arrested earlier this month after they triggered an alarm while breaking into a marijuana dispensary, police said.
Denver Police Department officers responded in time to catch the boys loading two cash register drawers, edibles and marijuana into a stolen car, according to the police departmentap Facebook page.
The boys are accused of breaking into the dispensary on the 2600 block of Walnut Street through a rear door and forcing open several doors inside the building, the police said.
One boy was taken to a hospital because he was so intoxicated, the police said. He also was wanted on two warrants.
The second boy was taken to District 2 headquarters for questioning in the Jan. 5 burglary.
