Interview with Steve Cominsky, partner
Q: How did you get involved in this business?
A: I have been in the food, beverage and hospitality business for more than 30 years. I began my career washing dishes for my parents in one of their restaurants many moons ago. The rest is history.
Q: What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?
A: The Wild Game and Rendezvous Tap and Kitchen have created a unique design and layout with respect to all things food, beverage, service and hospitality. We truly believe that we have built a restaurant, bar and entertainment complex that can serve nearly every need of our guests regardless of their wishes. Dinner for two, wine tasting for 10, beers with the guys after work, special dinner party for 40, rehearsal dinners for 80, bowling parties for the adults or kiddos, live entertainment, bocce night on a Thursday, video games and redemption … the list goes on.
Q: What do you like best about your line of work?
A: Having the ability and opportunity to do what we love to do — give people the quality and service that they should expect from a caring and committed team. We have hundreds of chances every day to make people laugh, smile, say “Wow,” relax and feel at home. We love doing it every day
Q: What is your business’ biggest challenge?
A: Being new in the market. Typically, the “new place” goes through many transitions within the first few months of opening. The Wild Game is no different. The biggest challenge is maintaining the excitement that surrounds a new restaurant opening. So far, I believe we are doing an excellent job on this. Come see us and let us know!

A: The Wild Game Entertainment Experience is truly a “one of a kind” restaurant, bar and entertainment venue. We offer every guest a unique visit every time, based primarily on what they are in the mood for on any given time they come to see us.
