Forecasters are calling for a high temperature of 60 degrees in Denver on Wednesday as warm temps cool off heading into the weekend.

The National Weather Service in Boulder predicts sunny skies and breeze throughout Wednesday.

Temperatures are expected to gradually cool off the rest of the week before a chance of snow is forecast for Friday night into late Saturday. Starting Friday night, temperatures are set to dip below 40 degrees, the weather service says.

Forecasters are calling for a high of 36 on Sunday.
