Police in Loveland said on Tuesday they are investigating the death of a woman found with multiple gunshot wounds as a homicide.
in a house in the 3600 block of Butternut Drive on Sunday. Police found Howard while responding to a request for a welfare check at about 11 a.m.
Authorities said a preliminary investigation indicated there is no threat to the community.
“Department crime scene technicians completed processing the crime scene late (Monday) night,” police said in a news release. “Detectives are continuing the intensive investigation into the circumstances surrounding Ms. Howard’s homicide.”
