Seattle-based Unico Properties has paid at least $168 million for 27 buildings in four office parks in eastern Boulder owned by W.W. Reynolds Co.

Commercial real estate brokers say the deal may be the largest single transaction in Boulder’s history.

The purchases in Pearl East Business Park, Tierra Business Centre, Flatiron Business Center and the Highpoint Business Park add more than 1 million square feet of office space to the slightly less than 354,000 square feet Unico already owned in Boulder.

Company officials declined to discuss the purchase price, but deeds were filed Thursday with the Boulder County clerk and recorder.
