Feb. 14: 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Colorado Authors’ League “Second Saturday” Series with Arapahoe Community College’s Writer Studio continues with a “Craft Fair” offering sessions on the craft of writing. Six guest authors will present topics including BK Loren on “Fine-Tuning Your Writing,” Diane Hartman on “Elements of Good Editing,” Bruce Leaf on the “Basics of Screenwriting,” Norm Clarke on “Productive Interviewing,” Pamela Hallaren on “Successful Research” and Terry Frei (Denver Post sports writer and columnist) on “Improved Story Organization and Structure.” The cost is $40, $30 CAL members in advance; $50, $40 CAL members at the door. Proceeds benefit the ACC Writers Studio.
