Police in Thornton are investigating allegations that a charter school teacher has been providing marijuana to high school students.
“An officer is at the school this morning talking to them about it,” Sgt. Matt Kandt, a Thornton Police Department spokesman, said Friday.
The incident allegedly happened at Pinnacle Charter School, 1001 W. 84th Ave., police said.
Police are working with school officials, gathering information on a possible criminal case.
School officials could not be immediately reached for comment.
The name of the teacher was not released.
