Two people were found dead in their Johnstown home Tuesday morning, apparently shot to death, police said.
Officers found the bodies at about 8:15 a.m. in the 600 block of Torrey Pines Lane.
Police were dispatched to the home after receiving a request for a welfare check from family members who hadn’t heard from the couple — who owned the home — in 36 hours, authorities said.
Authorities have not released the identities of the two people. Investigators say they do not believe there is any threat to the public.
