Local bands, local brews, local arts spaces and more: “Now Playing” is an intensely effort mixing music videos and music-maker interviews. Tonight, at 10 p.m. on CPT-12 (that’s KBDI-Channel 12), will feature .
The Saturday night Colorado-only music showcase is breaking ground while employing a number of local artists. Additionally, “this year we are also weaving in the local food, restaurant, drinks and art scene into our show. We’re doing that through the places we conduct our music-maker interviews, and with footage shot in such places that our performers call home, play in and support,” according to producer Marty Jones.
In addition to Covenhoven, here’s the list of local acts, some already nationally prominent, others just breaking through, performing on “Now Playing” this season:
