1 Snowball fight. Lakewood police were called to the 6800 block of West Mexico Drive on Feb. 16. One neighbor became angry when another neighbor shoveled snow from the sidewalk onto her flower bed. The two women wrestled each other to the ground, and one threatened to get her shotgun. Both were issued summonses for disorderly conduct.

2 Multiple break-ins reported. On Feb. 15, Edgewater police officers received four reports of vehicles having their rear passenger windows broken and property removed from the interiors of the vehicles, including credit cards. The break-ins occurred in the 2500 block of Fenton Street, the 1900 block of Gray Street, the 1800 block of Depew Street and on Lakeshore Drive.

3 Drug brothers. Two brothers were arrested in the 1400 block of Ingalls Street in Lakewood on Feb. 17 for the possession of methamphetamines. Officers also found a digital scale and several baggies. Both brothers denied intending to sell the drugs.

4 Bad driver. On Feb. 20, an officer arrested a motorist for committing several traffic violations in the 2500 block of Sheridan Boulevard, Edgewater

5 Valentine’s Day fight. During an argument Feb. 14 in a residence in the 400 block of South Owens Street in Lakewood, a man who had been drinking had punched a hole in the wall because his girlfriend took his car keys and would not give them back. The man was arrested for domestic violence.

6 Kia stolen. On Feb. 11, a man was arrested for driving a stolen 2015 Kia Soul in the 7100 block of West Colfax Avenue in Lakewood. He said he did not know it was stolen.
