Historic-preservation license plate
Colorado Preservation Inc. invites the public to design a special license plate to promote historic preservation —original artwork only, hand-created or computer-generated. There’s no entry fee; just submit your design and entry form by e-mail (jorrigocharles@coloradopreservation.org) or mail; the deadline is May 1. Entries will be posted on and the organization’s Facebook page through May 31 for public voting, then a committee will then select the winner; the themed plate’s petition drive to go before the legislature in 2017 is also underway.
