A second community meeting is scheduled to give information about the Applewood Golf Course rezoning.
The developer Carlson Associates will host the event at 6 p.m. April 7 at Marriot Denver West, 1717 Denver West Blvd., Golden.
and surrounding property. It is in contract to purchase the property from its owner, MolsonCoors, and has filed a preliminary request to rezone the property from industrial and agricultural to residential.
