One person is seriously injured after a hit-and-run accident in Denver on Sunday evening, officials said.
The accident, involving a two-vehicle rollover crash, took place at Xavier Street and Louisiana Avenue about 5:30 p.m., according to the Denver Police Department.
One vehicle fled the scene and was then located in Lakewood, said police spokesman Sonny Jackson.
One person was seriously injured, although Jackson said the person is expected to survive.
The investigation is ongoing, Jackson said.
