1 That’s some kick. A man got in an argument with his fiancée March 17 at their apartment in the 5300 block of South Huron Way, Littleton. After he threw some of her clothes into the hallway and told her to leave, he went into the bathroom to get away from her. She kicked in the door to yell at him some more. He told officers she also tore the bedroom door off the hinges. Police found a woman’s shoe among the remnants of the door in the bathroom. She was arrested.

2 That shouldn’t happen. A staff member at the CarMax dealership at 5950 S. Broadway, Littleton, reported that when she tried to start a Porsche on March 16 the ignition cylinder fell into the vehicle’s dashboard. Video surveillance of the dealership’s lot showed a person with an obscured face got into the vehicle and tampered with it just before midnight Feb. 28. It is believed the person was trying to remove the instrument panel, causing $1,300 worth of damage.

3 Alabama fraud. A clerk at the Shell Gas Station at6200 S. Santa Fe Drive, Littleton, received a call from a man with an Alabama number who said he was with AT&T. He instructed her to read off pin numbers from calling cards to him. When the machine with the pins ran out of the paper, the man became aggressive, leading the clerk to believe he was not with AT&T.

4 Vacuum thief. The owner of Littleton Vacuum Shop,6323 S. Santa Fe Drive, Littleton, reported that overnight March 5 someone broke the front door of the business and stole 24 vacuums — valued at $750 each — and an iPad.
