Am I the only one who is usually annoyed when wait staff feel compelled to continuously refill my water glass? Do they really feel they are performing attentive, good service? Rather, it is an obvious waste of resources and so easily correctable. Please, no topping off unless my glass is 75 percent empty, and then ask me.
