Through April 21. The lobby of the downtown skyscraper known as 1801 California is one of the best-looking rooms in town — open, spacious and covered in lots of Italian marble. Brookfield Properties, which has staged several worthy art exhibits in the space, is expanding its repertoire with a mid-day Tuesday concert series that starts this week. “Lunchtime at 1801” is a partnership with Friends of Chamber Music and features some of the best classical players in the region. Things kick off Tuesday with “pop baroque” string quartet Spinphony. On April 14, it’s the Ivy Street Ensemble, a violin, viola and flute trio made up of Colorado Symphony Orchestra members.
