As the offseason heats up in the NFL, talk about the Denver Broncos 2015 opponents surfaced when Denver safety T.J. Ward joined Woody Paige and Les Shapiro on The Sports Show to discuss and the list of elite quarterbacks the Broncos will face.

The only notable name AFC West division would be San Diego Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers who the Broncos are very familiar with. Of course, Denver will once again have to face in-conference rivals Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts and Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.

This year though the Broncos face the NFC north with Jay Cutler, Matthew Stafford and most notably the 2014 MVP winner Aaron Rodgers.

Also the AFC West plays the AFC North this year, meaning Denver will play against Ben Roethlisberger and Joe Flacco alongside another tilt with the Cincinnati Bengals and Andy Dalton. Ward will go up against his former Cleveland Browns team who could — but likely won’t– be headed by Johnny Manziel.

Despite the big names, Ward remained confident.

“I’m always up to the best competition…and in this league you’re gonna face those types of quarterbacks,” Ward said. “I actually took some tips from the Pro Bowl watching some quarterbacks, and I got a little I’ll say one up on them right now.”
