1 Wagon steal. Police confronted a man pulling a wagon full of construction equipment near East Jefferson Avenue and South Sherman Streetin Englewood at about 10:30 p.m. March 26. He said he found it in an alley. Police found meth on him and took him into custody.

2 Ride found. A man was arrested in the 5100 block of South Windermere Street, Littleton, on March 28 after he asked to borrow someone’s phone but refused to return it after using it for 10 minutes. When police arrived, he told them he was only calling for a ride. He had an active warrant and meth in his possession.

3 Gun on the run. A man living in the 600 block of West Mineral Avenue,Littleton, called police on March 14 to report his revolver had been stolen from the center console of his Jeep overnight. The man claimed he locked the vehicle at night and it was still locked in the morning. The thief also took $400 worth of hunting and Army gear.

4 Safe bust a bust. A staff member at a church at 5724 S. Prescott St.,Littleton, called police March 9 after someone broke in overnight. Police found a broken basement window and a small safe that had been cracked open in the office. Damages were estimated at $350, but the intruder took nothing of value.

5 We’ll prop you up. On March 29, police responded to the 200 block ofEast Jefferson Avenue in Englewood, where a 59-year-old woman’s crutches had been stolen. Officers obtained another pair of crutches, drove the woman home and gave her money from their own pockets so she could buy food.
