Emily Cohen, the Boulder attorney out of tens of thousands of dollars, was a no-show at her sentencing Wednesday.

Boulder District Judge Andrew Hartman found that Cohen had voluntarily failed to appear, and he issued an order to show cause as to why she should not be immediately arrested or have her bond revoked should she fail to appear at noon Monday for a rescheduled sentencing.

The Monday hearing will go on with or without Cohen, and Hartman said an arrest warrant may be issued if she fails to show up again.

Cohen’s attorney, Beth Kelley, did not make any statement in court as to why her client failed to appear and was not available for comment either in person or by phone after the hearing.
