A man accused of taking photos in the women’s restroom of a Denver grocery last year was sentenced Friday to four years in prison. Bradley Oglethorpe, 41, had been found guilty on two counts of invasion of privacy. He was hiding in a women’s restroom and using his cellphone to take photos under the stall of two children, according to a news release from the district attorney’s office.

The first incident happened in January 2014, but Oglethorpe was not arrested as a suspect until June 2014, when he was found in the same bathroom by a security officer, the release said.

“He will serve the jail time in the Colorado Department of Corrections, where he is currently serving a prison term on another matter,” the release said.
