
Children’s Pajamas
Details: This recall involves children’s one- and two-piece Smooth Industries pajama sets. The pajamas are made of 100 percent polyester and were sold in four styles: Ride Smooth, Honda, MX Superstars and Moto X. The racing-themed pajamas have large motocross-related graphics and were sold in red, white and black; orange, white and black; and red, blue and black. One-piece pajama sets were sold in sizes: 6 to 12 months, 12 to 18 months and 18 to 24 months. Two-piece sets were sold in sizes XS to Youth XL. “Smooth Ind.” and “” is printed on the garment’s neck label.
Why: The pajamas fail to meet federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

Goalie masks and replacement wire cages
Details: This recall involves cages on the Concept C1 Goal Mask with Certified Titanium Oval Wire and the NME 10 Goal Mask with Certified Titanium Oval Wire, and the RP NME Ti Titanium Replacement Cage. The Concept C1 and NME 10 goalie masks were sold in black or white with a titanium wire cage that attaches to the mask with two screws on each side of the mask. The Concept C1 mask is a Senior mask in sizes S/M and M/L. “Concept C1” is printed at the top of the shell. A sticker inside the shell at the jaw also lists the model and size. The NME 10 Goal Mask is a Senior mask in sizes Fit 1, Fit 2, and Fit 3. “NME10” is printed at the top of the shell. A sticker inside the shell at the jaw also lists the model and size. The RP NME Ti Titanium Cage is a replacement cage intended for the Concept C1 and NME 10 goalie masks. A side plate reads “Bauer Titanium Oval Wire” and “RPNME Ti Sr.”
Why: The metal wires on the cages can break, posing a facial impact or cut hazard.
Incidents: Bauer Hockey has received nine reports of wire breakage, one in the U.S. and eight in Canada. Cuts were reported in three of the Canadian incidents and the one U.S. incident.

Patio set rockers
Details: This recall involves Home Depot’s Hampton Bay-branded Niles Park Collection patio sets. The bronze patio sets are made of cast aluminum and woven fabric with brown or tan cushions, or cushions with a generic fabric to allow for custom covers. Patio sets were sold in combinations of four rocking chairs and a tile-top fire pit; and two rocking chairs, a love seat and a rectangular coffee table. The chairs were also sold separately in sets of two rockers. SKU number 658479, 658480, 658485, 658486, 662696, 682688 or 1000051056 is located on a label on the lower cross bar along the back of the recalled chairs.
Why: The patio sets’ rocking chairs can break during normal use, posing a fall hazard to consumers.
Incidents: The firm has received three reports of the rocking chairs breaking. No injuries have been reported.

Gas water heaters
Details: This recall involves atmospherically vented propane and natural- gas water heaters in 30-, 40-, 50- and 60-gallon capacities. The recalled water heaters are white with a red “Giant” logo decal on the front. The water heaters have a nameplate near the gas valve with the model number, date of manufacture and serial number.
Why: On units with a space between the bottom of the water tank and the combustion chamber, the flame arrestor or flame arrestor plate can fail, posing a risk of fire or explosion if flammable liquids or gases are nearby.
