COLORADO SPRINGS — The Colorado Springs woman whose vehicle was allegedly hit last month while he was out on parole said he shouldn’t spend life in prison for the crash.
“I have compassion for him,” Jamie Northam said. “I feel sorry for him.”
Northam made her comments to The Gazette on Thursday after 4th Judicial District Court Judge Deborah Grohs ruled there was enough evidence to send Limbrick to trial in the March 4 crash.
Colorado Springs police suspect Limbrick, who killed his mother in 1988, . Authorities say as he fled, Limbrick also hit the Chrysler Pacifica driven by Northam.
