
1 May I cut in? Police arrived at a business in the 2200 block of South Raritan Street, Englewood, just after 2:30 a.m. April 10 following a burglary alarm. Two men in masks ran to a waiting Toyota Camry. The suspects were apparently using a power grinder in an attempt to crack into a safe when police arrived. They were not apprehended.
2 Thanks for that. Police were called to Gallup Park,6147 S. Gallup St., Littleton, by a bail bondsman who had a felony suspect in custody April 5. The 32-year-old woman was found to have syringes and burnt pieces of foil in her vehicle. She also voluntarily produced meth she was hiding in her bra.
3 No manners. Two men were arrested just after 10 p.m. April 22 after getting in a fight in the 3000 block of South Broadway in Englewood. One of them, a 37-year-old man, tried to head-butt and kick officers, finally spitting on one of them. He is facing felony charges.
4 Not Elway! A resident of an apartment in the 29oo block of West Centennial Drive in Littleton reported on March 26 that a set of golf clubs was missing from his bedroom as was a laptop and his John Elway jersey. A sliding glass balcony door was the thief’s likely entry point.
5 Don’t look away. A man’s laptop case and laptop were stolen from Olde Town Tavern,2410 W. Main St., Littleton, at around 4:20 p.m. March 25. Video from the bar showed the man step out to smoke just as another man enters and takes his seat. The suspect looked through the bag before taking it and $200 worth of contents.
