A head-on crash between a moving truck and a pickup truck on Red Feather Lakes Road Tuesday evening left three people dead.
The Colorado State Patrol said two other victims in the crash were taken to the Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland. Their conditions were not immediately known.
Investigators say the deadly crash occurred at milemarker 9 on Larimer County Road 74E.
The road was closed while emergency personnel responded to the collision.
No names were released.
