Re: “Donations leave Hillary Clinton in a cloud,” April 28 Ruth Marcus column.
Ruth Marcus does what many have done — suspect that Hillary Clinton might have done something nefarious, or might in the future do something illegal. Anyone might do almost anything. Broaden the attack to include Bill Clinton and the mights make up a huge, burgeoning blob of a monster of suspicion with no merit. It’s a compliment, really. Those opposing Hillary’s presidential bid know she is a capable, powerful person, while they have nothing positive of their own to boost their prospects of winning.
