Workshops, samples, classes, samples, competitions and — did we mention samples? — are on the menu at the eighth annual Colorado Chocolate Festival happening 4 to 9 p.m. May 8 and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 9. Special guests include Chocolate Therapist Julie Pech and Chris Parente from KDVR-Channel 31. Admission is $5, free for children under age 5. Taste tickets for samples are $10 for 12, $24 for 20.
