University of Colorado Hospital said Monday a 15-year-old boy in Aurora remains in critical condition.
The hospital identified the boy as Brian Tena Cardenas who was struck at about 3:50 p.m. on Centerpoint Drive just south of East Alameda Parkway.
Further details on Cardenas’ condition were not immediately available.
Cardenas was initially taken to Aurora South Hospital before being transferred.
On Facebook, Brian’s sister, Alisson Tena Cardenas, posted, “It hurts me when I see my brother laying on the bed all burn [sic] — feeling heartbroken,” .
