1 Father suspects son in tablet theft. A man called Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies on April 20 after he discovered his tablet computer was missing. He said he suspected his son of the theft. Deputies went to the 7000 block of South Everett Street in the Littleton area and spoke to the man, who said his son also pulled fuses from his car. He also suspected the son pawned the tablet, but didn’t want to press charges.

2 Caller threatens aunt. On April 19, a woman called deputies from the 5000 block of South Jellison Street in the Littleton area to report that she received a threatening call from a man. The woman said the man called from Broomfield and said his business was robbery and if she did not pay him, he would kill her aunt. The woman hung up and called deputies. She called her aunt, who was safe at home.

3 Woman’s car window shatters. A woman called deputies on April 23 after she heard a loud noise and her back window shattered while driving near C-470 and Kipling Street in the Littleton area. The woman suspected that the window had been shot out with a bullet, but the officer could not find any evidence to support that.

4 Man banned from Staples after theft. On April 21, the manager at Staples, 8055 W. Bowles Ave. in the Littleton area, called deputies after a shoplifting incident in the store. Deputies detained a man who the manager said was purposely distracting him during the robbery. He was asked not to return to the store.

5 Car keyed. A woman called deputies on April 23 after she noticed her car had been keyed in her driveway in the 9000 block of West Nichols Drive in the Littleton area.
