PUEBLO — Police are investigating the death of a woman found partially submerged in a drainage ditch behind a Pueblo shopping center.
Authorities say a man was walking his dog on Saturday when he spotted the woman’s body, covered in mud and partially underwater due to recent heavy rains.
According to KKTV-TV (http://tinyurl.com/nfc5rvt ), the woman is believed to be about 30 years old. Police said there were no obvious injuries.
An autopsy is pending to determine how the woman died and authorities are trying to confirm her identity.
