TLC, which has capitalized on being the freak show channel since Honey Boo Boo, is casting in Denver for a new “reality” TV show about arranged marriages.
“Married by Mom and Dad” is the working title for this “social experiment” due to premiere late in 2015. Two men and two women who have been unlucky in love have agreed to put their love lives and their futures in the hands of the people who know them best: their parents. Once their parents pick their mate they’ll tie the knot to find out if being married by mom and dad leads to happily ever after … or not. “For 2 months the series will document each couple as they get to know one another, go on dates together, grocery shop and just do normal married people stuff,” says casting producer ”‹Jerel”‹ Wilhort of Thinkfactory Media.
They’ve got a Denver guy signed up. Any single women interested?
