A 30-year-old teacher at a Colorado Springs elementary school was arrested Friday on suspicion of sexually assaulting a child, police said.
Christopher Markham is accused of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust.
Markham teaches at Stetson Hills Elementary School, police said.
Police say they were tipped off to the alleged assault on Safe2Tell about an inappropriate relationship between Markham and a student at the school.
