Sen. Bernie Sanders, the Vermont socialist running against Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination for president, is having a bad month.
An essay he wrote in the 1970s has turned up in which he said a woman fantasizes about rape and a man’s typical fantasy involves “a woman on her knees, a woman tied up, a woman abused.”
And that’s only the latest odd statement to emerge from his past.
However, it’s his current statements that should actually concern voters. that he was amenable to a 90 percent marginal tax rate on income.
We can only imagine what his full suite of anti-growth proposals will be.
