Interview with Saul Jurado, owner

Q: How did you get involved in this business?

A: I was working for a church in Denver and I noticed that people were constantly coming to the church to borrow tables and chairs. I decided that it was a good idea to buy some tables and chairs so I could rent them.

Q: What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?

A: We’ve always tried to look at what other companies were doing and to be different. The customer is our first priority, so we always make sure to go the extra mile whenever possible. Planning and hosting a party can be very stressful, so we see it as our job to lighten the burden that it takes to have a party. We make it easy for our customers to get equipment from us to make sure they have one less thing to worry about and ultimately have a successful event.

Q: What do you like best about your line of work?

A: We always make sure to do our best. The most rewarding experience of this line of work is, after the event is over and we pick up the equipment, we get to hear about the customer’s event and receive a warm thank you.

Q: What is your business’ biggest challenge?

A: I’ve come to the conclusion that we really don’t have any challenges. We always try to work as smoothly as possible and so far it has worked extremely well.

Q: Something people might be surprised to learn about you or your business:

A: This is a family business and at our core is our faith in God. We believe that trusting in him has got us to where we are today and allows us to work for something much bigger than ourselves.
