Denver police are responding Wednesday night to an accident in which a pedestrian was struck while on southbound Interstate 25 near 6th Avenue.
The pedestrian was seriously injured, police said on Twitter.
The Colorado Department of Transportation said the I-25 ramp to westbound 6th was closed following the incident. It re-opened at 9:32 p.m.
