Grandview is the first of three Colorado teams to highlight the MaxPreps national top 10, followed by No. 4 ThunderRidge (17-2) and No. 6 Mountain Vista (16-3).
Other Colorado schools to crack the MaxPreps national top 100 were No. 35 Colorado Academy (), No. 38 Broomfield (), No. 44 Cheyenne Mountain (, No. 48 Pine Creek, No. 51 Lewis-Palmer (Class 4A state runner-up), No. 55 Cherry Creek, No. 56 Evergreen and No. 70 Cherokee Trail.
MaxPreps calculates a team’s rating based on winning percentage and strength-of-schedule. The final MaxPreps ratings were released on June 5.
