Re: “Trump jumps into crowded 2016 GOP presidential field,” June 17 news story.
Of course Donald Trump has every right to run for the presidency — even more so since he is willing to spend his own money to campaign, not ours. He is interesting, has a lot to say, and has experience that few have. However, if he is going to just use the opportunity to trash his opponents in an effort to make himself look better, he will not only turn everyone off, he will also diminish whatever reputation he has. Rick Perry tried this is 2012 and Ron Paul in 2008. What did that get them?
Letap hope Trump sets his enormous ego aside and just talks the issues without attacking his fellow competitors.

Um, wasn’t his fortune built largely on the backs of hotel maids and construction workers? And who might they be? Did he research each one’s birth certificate?
I just wonder if the party of Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, and George H.W. Bush has lost its mind and soul if it doesn’t officially kick out dangerous buffoons.
