One man was killed Sunday when his motorcycle struck a center divider on westbound Interstate 70, according to the Colorado State Patrol.
Officials said the incident occurred sometime around 12:25 p.m. at mile marker 259; patrol spokesman Nate Reid said the accident was in an area of unincorporated Jefferson County near Morrison.
The identity of victim, who was riding a Honda motorcycle, was not immediately released. Reid said the preliminary investigation did not reveal what caused the crash.
