in Los Angeles to be put in the game. Apparently, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will have a character made in Lynch’s likeness. ESPN released a video in which Lynch can be seen a motion-capture suit gunning down enemies, dual-wielding pistols and taking someone out execution style.
“I just think the whole aspect of the game is beast mode,” Lynch said in ESPN’s video. “I (have been) to the Super Bowl, I (have been) in movies, I’ve even been in video games but now this actual player this character is a taken from me. Call of Duty is a big time game to have your own personal character on there itap almost like you’ve arrived.”
ESPN reports that Lynch is the first athlete to be featured as a character in the Call of Duty series. His inclusion makes sense as the teaser trailer for Black Ops 3 focused heavily on the effects of cybernetic technology on athletes.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is slated for a Nov. 6 release for the PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
