Q: How did you get involved in this business?
A: I grew up in the restaurant business, starting at age 12.
Q: What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?
A: We are hands-on owner-and-chef-operated, with a sense of community and loyalty to our guests and staff. Union feels like a family when you join us. Always doing our best to exceed your expectations and accommodate dietary restrictions or needs.
Q: What do you like best about your line of work?
A: Daily interaction with our guests and staff. Every day is something new and exciting.
Q: What is your business’ biggest challenge?
A: Constantly changing our approach to execute at a higher level each day.
Q: Something people might be surprised to learn about you or your business:
A: Most of the time there is an owner helping you enjoy your experience. Whether it’s the chef in the kitchen or the person in the dining room.
