We made the nearly three-hour trek to Glenwood Springs earlier this month for the monthly release event at Casey Brewing and Blending. There, we found a laid-back vibe and collective spirit that takes the family focus of the business to heart.
Casey’s barrel-aged sours — especially those packed with fresh Western Slope fruit — are drawing raves from beer geeks and fetching insane trades.
